“All good things must come to an end and, alas, I’m gone. My thanks to the entire staff at Bella Vista Health Center, especially Ray Daya (COTA) and Michael Mandap (DPT). They worked me from ve to walking in record time. Also, a shout-out to Evelyn in the business office. She made my tangled paperwork come out beautiful. “...Frankly, I wasn’t at all sure what to expect when delivered here by ambulance to Bella Vista but it soon became very apparent that I would experience superior medical care, customer service that rates a 15 on a scale of 1-10, and physical and occupational therapy that had me mobile and personally capable sooner than I had any reason to expect. The staff makes the difference. They were friendly, encouraging, instantly responsive, and obviously capable, knowing how to administer excellent medical, therapeutic and housekeeping service, always with a smile and words of encouragement. Even the food was good, actually better than good, and that came as a significant surprise considering the paradigms relating to institutional food… Thank you all. You are tops in my book.”

“At times, I would forget that I am in pain, as the treatment and care given to me as a patient is always with a smile - garnished with love, a lot of caring, kindness and respect. This kind of atmosphere - we seldom find anywhere. My special thanks to physical therapists Mike and Ray who really had a lot of patience, and worked so hard for me to achieve the highest degree of mobility that my leg could reach. They have given me a lot of motivation and moral support.”

“I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation on the treatment of my wife during her stay. I know that nursing is a thankless and overworked profession. The Nursing staff here at Bella Vista is often some of the finest that I have come across in a long time. They are friendly and dedicated to their profession. I hate to leave this facility but as my wife is 100% better, it is time to depart.”
